Great Ice Cream...the best on Fort Myers Beach.

The people and service here are absolutely fantastic. The customer service is truly above and beyond. They were friendly and very attentive. The ice cream on the other hand was average at best. I had the Heath bar crunch, it was slightly above average. My wife had the chocolate turtle ice cream and it was not very chocolatey and the pecans were very soggy and tasteless. She said it also overly sweet. The cookie dough ice cream my daughter had was not good at all. The cookie dough bits themselves had a very strange gritty/chemical taste. I recommend avoiding this flavor. My daughter is very forgiving when it comes to cookie dough ice cream and she ate half and through the rest away. I will say it is worth a try as they have many more flavors to try.

My family had a great experience. There were lots of flavors to choose from and prices were not too bad (considering everything on Estero Blvd is higher do to all the tourism they get). We paid $5.75 for 2 scoops, any flavor you want, and in a waffle bowl. My mom got a single scoop ( but they give you basically 1.5 scoops so you get more👍) in a bowl for $4.00. They did have a Huge Banana Split, which my dad said was really good, and got plenty of ice cream for $9.50. The staff were very friendly and you can try samples. I had a scoop of cherry ice cream with maraschino cherries and a scoop of cookies and cream in a waffle bowl and I thought it was very good even the waffle part. I would highly recommend this place for ice cream and I'm picky.

The scoops of icecream tasted great. Not a whole lot of flavors to choose from but enough to make your mouth water while trying to figure out which flavor you want. The price was a little steep but consistent with the area. The workers were very friendly.

Less flavors, as compared to Joey’s Custard on Sanibel Island, but that doesn’t matter, because I’m guessing that’s because the flavors take time to be made and things like that, and the toppings are an ok too. Overall, this place is good. AUTOMATIC 5/5.

Ice cream is delicious, they opened new containers of everything to deal with a nut allergy, and were super nice. We had the coffee chip on a waffle (so good, huge chunks of chocolate) and the chocolate brownie on a sugar (I didn't eat it but my companion did and she was very happy). Royal Scoop, whether at FMB or down in Bonita Springs, is a treat.

My husband and I came here after a bad dinner because we were still hungry, so glad we did! The hot fudge sundae is delicious! Super friendly staff for it being late on a Sunday evening.

Royal Scoops was amazing!! I got strawberry ice cream and key lime ice cream!! It was crazy good!! The staff are so outgoing!! They make it fun! Will def be back!!

Stopped by on the way from Lovers Key State Park. Ordered a chocolate smoothie and a coffee ice cream. The coffee ice cream was great, and at a slightly better price than at other places in the area. The chocolate smoothie was terrible however, tasted like someone added Hershey's chocolate syrup to a bunch of crushed ice.

Friendly staff and lots of choices in ice cream. They even have root beer floats which I highly recommend. My kids always ask to get ice cream from here when we visit. Nice local business.

Probably in the top five ice creams I've eaten in my life! The cherry vanilla was delicious! The place was packed, but these employees really knew what they were doing and really hustled to get everyone served! Nice job 😊

The customer service was great! I felt like the guy serving me ice cream was a long time friend even though we’d just met. The ice cream is all homemade and pretty dang good. I got a mix of two flavors, the Heath Bar and La La’s Dream they were delicious.

Great flavors of excellent, fresh ice cream. Store was very clean, even the restrooms. Staff was friendly and efficient.

My husband ordered the chocolate milkshake and I ordered the death by peanut butter waffle cone. The milkshake tasted like someone mixed chocolate syrup with ice cream. The peanut butter ice cream was way too sweet. I'm sure there are some better flavors, but I definitely wouldn't go back for these two items, if at all.

Best ice cream on the island!!! We walked over there every day when we were in town. I highly recommend Death By Peanut Butter & Florida Gator Tracks. They also have Superman, which is red, white, & blue but just vanilla flavored. My kids said it was really good :)
